Find your size

1. 1. Put a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall and stand on it, heel touching the wall.
2. 2. Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe.
3. 3. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres, and find that number below.

Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Measure in the evening — feet are slightly wider then.
